This page explains how false personal data created by a Metropolitan Police officer led to years of anti‑social behaviour, violent hate crimes, reputational damage, legal injustice, and institutional failure. It is a chronological account of what happened to our family and how every oversight body failed to act.
Important clarification: Except for PC Martin, none of the named officers acted with malice. They were misled by the false CRIMINT data he created and made decisions based on information they believed to be accurate. The core issue is the false intelligence entered into the police system, which then misinformed colleagues, distorted investigations, and caused years of harm.
On 5 July 2013, I called 999 to report serious anti‑social behaviour (ASB). PC Martin attended and told me to contact the Neighbourhood Team in future. I followed this advice, sending repeated emails for six months — but received no response.
The harassment continued, affecting my entire family. I then contacted Haringey Council’s ASB Team (ASBAT), but they also failed to act. We suffered ASB for three years.
Years later, I discovered why the council ignored us: PC Martin had created a defamatory CRIMINT report (00326717) for the council, filled with false personal information portraying us as “bad people.” This false profile misled ASBAT and prevented them from helping us.
This was a serious breach of the Data Protection Act. His actions directly caused three years of suffering.
During a 2015 HMCTS CICA Tribunal hearing, DC Bent told the judges and CICA officials that we were “well‑known to the police for making false allegations.” This was untrue and destroyed our credibility. However, he was relying on the false CRIMINT created by PC Martin and had no reason to doubt the accuracy of the information recorded on the police system.
I complained (ref: PC/4371/15). DI Speed upheld my complaint and confirmed that:
However, DI Speed refused to disclose the full content of the CRIMINTs.
After my complaint, PC Martin disclosed false information to neighbours. This false profile turned the local community against my wife, leading to multiple violent attacks.
Again, the officers who later handled these cases were not acting maliciously — they were misled by the false intelligence created by PC Martin, which shaped their perception of my wife and influenced their decisions.
A group violently kicked our door, tried to force entry, pushed my daughter, intimidated my wife and shouted racial abuse. The investigating officer, DC Krousky, closed the case as No Further Action.
My wife was chased, grabbed, shaken, and threatened with “I will kill you, Polish prostitute.” PC Lenehan closed the case as No Further Action.
She was choked, chemically burned, and cut on her back. She suffered permanent, life‑changing injuries. This serious crime was also closed as No Further Action.
These violent events were the direct consequence of false personal data created and disseminated by PC Martin.
In 2018, I discovered that the police had disclosed highly defamatory and false health information about my wife to HMCTS and CICA. I complained (ref: PC/1611/18). DI Hannaway confirmed that PC Martin created this false data in CRIMINT 00326717 but refused to disclose the full content.
I appealed to the IOPC in 2019 — and it was upheld. In 2020, PC Louise King completed a re‑investigation.
The re‑investigation confirmed:
To protect my wife’s dignity and privacy, the specific defamatory details are not reproduced here. The re‑investigation revealed deeply personal and entirely fabricated claims that had no basis in reality. Although the specifics are withheld from publication, they are fully documented in the evidence and were a major factor in the harm our family suffered.
In 2020, after the false data was finally disclosed, my wife instructed a No Win No Fee solicitor to pursue compensation. However:
The MPS proceeded with a defective and unbinding settlement in 2022 ignoring our request not to proceed to any settlement without settling the false defamatory Intelligence report and its impact upon my wife. The MPS has since refused to address the unresolved defamatory content, repeatedly asserting that the matter was settled when it was not. This way the MPS has since avoided accountability.
In 2022, I complained to the ICO about CRIMINT 00326717. On 22 March 2023, the ICO upheld my complaint:
“We are of the view that the Metropolitan Police Service has not complied with its obligations under data protection law in this instance. This is because we are of the view that the organisation has processed inaccurate personal information and has therefore infringed upon the accuracy principle contained in Part 3, Chapter 2, Section 38 of the Data Protection Act 2018.”
I sent a Letter of Claim in August 2023. The police responded in November claiming the matter was already settled in 2022. They ignored my explanations and stopped responding.
In 2024, my wife issued proceedings as a litigant in person (Claim No. L08ZA116) against the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis, who was represented by Weightmans LLP using public funds.
The MPS twice succeeded in striking out the claim at Edmonton County Court in 2025 by relying on the defective settlement. We now face mounting cost orders and cannot continue this unequal legal battle without representation. As a result, the misconduct of PC Martin and the wider MPS remains unexamined and unaccounted for , despite the ICO’s findings and the severe harm caused.
In January 2026, I wrote to:

I made multiple complaints (refs: PC/1611/25 and PC/2424/26). The DPS delayed, ignored, or failed to investigate. Even a complaint about our missing daughter received no updates, no investigation report, and no right to appeal.
I have completely lost trust in this public authority.
